Lawyer Team Manager at Eksperci NEMU. Graduate of the Lazarski School of Commerce and Law in Warsaw. He has been employed at Eksperci NEMU since 2007. He is responsible for supervision and adjustment of personal losses under third party liability insurance agreements, including insurances related to medical malpractices, damages caused by sponsor/investigator during a clinical trial, employers’ liability for industrial accidents, damages caused by organisers of mass events, hunting associations, product liability and hazardous product liability, as well as losses related to withdrawal of products from the market, defectively performed work or service and environmental damages.
