We would like to inform you that in the interest of environmental protection, as well as owing to effective regulations and opportunities, following today interim reports and initial reports – instead of being provided in printed form – will be sent to you by e-mail containing an electronic signature. If you wish to receive an initial or interim report in printed form, please contact a NEMU liquidator.
Application of electronic signature allows for ensuring:
- identification of the person putting a signature – identification of the person signing the data – in case of sending initial and interim reports the person authorized to sign e-mails is Mrs. Romana Broda.
- undeniability – only an authorized person having a private key corresponding to a public key used for verifying a signature may generate the document signature,
- data integrity – it will be possible to identify whether the data were modified after having been signed.
