Marcin Kapuściński

President of the Board. In 1996 he became a co-founder and leader of NEM SA. Since 2000, he has been the owner and President of the Board of Eksperci NEMU Sp. z o.o. He graduated from the University of Warsaw and finished his second studies in the field of Insurance at the Warsaw University of Finance and Management. He began his career in insurances at KBU Protektor SA in 1993 and continued at the Department of Studies and Opinions at the Sejm Office and financial institutions. He has experience in loss adjustment for Polish and foreign insurance companies based on almost 20,000 various types of fortuitous events, claims, etc., including losses in energy and food industry, third party liability claims, as well as losses related to withdrawal of products from the market.

The most spectacular losses included Katowice Trade Hall roof collapse, railway disasters in Białystok and Szczekociny, gas drilling platforms and compressor stations, fire at the shopping centre in Zabrze, aviation industry, BI and many others.
